Meet Ethan Duncan
Ethan Duncan is President of Coalition PAC, an organization dedicated to electing leaders who prioritize the needs of working families.
As a national policy advocate and political strategist from Anaheim, California, Ethan is focused on driving systemic reform across economic mobility, housing affordability, public education, and health access.
Grounded in the conviction that government must directly serve working families, Ethan builds the political infrastructure and voter power needed to secure the American Dream for the next generation.
Ethan serves as State Government on a Local Level (GOALL) Director and elected Student Board Representative for the California Association of Student Councils. In these dual roles, he represents over six million California public school students, helps oversee the $10 million organization, and leads state legislative priorities in Sacramento. His policy background includes work in the offices of U.S. Representative Lou Correa and California Assemblymember Philip Chen, spanning federal policy, state governance, and constituent advocacy.
On the national stage, Ethan holds senior leadership roles with the Institute for Youth in Policy and the High School Democrats of America. At the Institute for Youth in Policy, he manages more than 25 institutional partnerships, including work with Harvard University, Google, iCivics, CIRCLE, and Vote.org, expanding civic education across seven states. As an electoral organizer, Ethan has mobilized over 100,000 students and young voters while directing field operations for more than a dozen political campaigns nationwide.
Through executive governance, legislative strategy, and high-impact voter mobilization, Ethan is dedicated to lowering costs, modernizing public education, and building durable political power for young Americans.
Outside of his political and advocacy work, Ethan enjoys exploring Southern California’s matcha spots, hiking along the coast, and spending time with his two younger sisters, Lucia and Caroline.
